When you register as a user, create an account and login, with The New Zealand Association of Boutique Travel Operators Incorporated and on www.BoutiqueTravel.nz, we will request information such as your name, company name (if applicable), phone number, email address and postal address. We will also record any changes you make to this information when you update your account information. We require this information in order to verify your identity.

•information that you provide by filling in forms on the website. This includes information about you which you provide to us when you sign up as a user of the website;

My Account profile

Should you sign in to the website as a registered user you will hold an active profile on the website which records brief details about your personal profile in the My Account section. If your details change (such as your email address) you can edit it directly in My Account. This content is entirely determined by you and we merely enable you to post this information on your My Account page. However, we may remove your profile page if, in our absolute discretion, we consider that any of the content of your profile is inappropriate for any reason whatsoever.
Furthermore, we take no responsibility for the use by any third party of any information held on your profile page and you accept, as a consequence of this Privacy Policy, that any information that you choose to post on your personal profile is submitted to the website by you at your sole risk.

Your booking, when it is made, will not be with the BoutiqueTravel.nz but with the relevant accommodation, activity or trip supplier (or with the relevant travel agent, if you opt to use a travel agent rather than booking directly).

This website is made up of descriptions of arrangements provided by tour operators and accommodation providers and other material from other third parties. Such content is the responsibility of the tour operator or accommodation provider or third party creator of the content. We have no responsibility for such content as we are merely providing access to such content as a service to you. We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of any information about any arrangements featured on this website or any material linked to or provided by third parties.

The suppliers we have chosen are reputable and well established tourism businesses but we accept no liability in relation to any contract you enter into or for any services or arrangements you purchase or for the acts or omissions of any suppliers or other persons or parties connected with any arrangements.

Prices displayed on hotel rates pages, and special offers displayed throughout the site, are intended as a best possible guide, but do not constitute a firm offer or a guarantee of rates.

All bookings for accommodation and trips are subject to the booking conditions and cancellation policies of the relevant supplier.

If you need to cancel or amend a confirmed booking, cancellation/amendment charges may be payable to the supplier. The amount of such charges will depend on the individual supplier's cancellation policy and usually varies according to the period of notice given. In most cases policies will be listed by the suppliers on their websites. It is your responsibility to request and inform yourself about the supplier’s booking conditions at the time of booking.

You are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance, at the time of booking, for all members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate and appropriate for your particular needs.

All recommendations, opinions expressed and prices regarding properties and/or destinations displayed on www.BoutiqueTravel.nz are provided for guidance only. Services and facilities can be withdrawn at short notice and www.BoutiqueTravel.nz does not accept any liability for the descriptions given. All views expressed are our own and individual opinions may differ.

We do not accept responsibility for your direct dealings with the supplier of the accommodation/trips. All accommodation/trip suppliers featured on www.BoutiqueTravel.nz are themselves responsible for providing you with the final quote and booking conditions for your reservation.

BoutiqueTravel.nz does not accept responsibility in regard to the accommodation or trips featured on the site. If during the course of the holiday you have any reason for complaint or dissatisfaction you should contact the hotel/villa manager or trip supplier in order that remedial action may be taken.

Parents are responsible for ensuring children are supervised, and should be careful not to book any excursion or activity that could prevent a risk to their children. We make no warranty as to the safety of any of the activities listed in the BoutiqueTravel.nz Collection.

Those with medical conditions or disabilities should take these into account in making any travel arrangements. Anyone suffering a disability or medical condition should advise the hotel or service offerer of this prior to making a booking
