All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars. All rates are retail and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST).
We reserve the right to offer sales and pricing discounts from time to time. No price difference refunds will be granted to any prior reservations.
Clients are to pay in full at the time of confirming a booking unless by prior arrangement.
Payment vouchers issued through a third party must state the name of the issuing company, the number of clients, the date of issue and the amount of the full payment made to the third party.
*If your ticket is discounted, date and departure times can not be changed or tickets will incur a cost if you change your departure time or date of booking to the amount of a normal ticket.
We reserve the right to impose a fee for any damage done to the vehicle or any out of the ordinary cleaning made necessary by our passengers.
If you cancel the Hop on Hop off Wine Tours within the 14-day period your tickets are non-refundable, if you cancel outside of this time frame you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your Private Hire/Group booking within the 30-day period your tickets are non-refundable, if you cancel out with this time frame you will receive a full refund.
There is no refund if you miss the tour.
On very rare occasions, we must cancel all or part of a tour, including in response to insufficient sales. If we cancel the entire tour because of insufficient sales, you will receive a full refund.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations of customer trips that result from weather, sickness, family emergencies that may occur during or prior to your trip. We recommend taking out travel insurance.
Please note for private tours there is a 30- day cancelation period, if you cancel your Private Hire/Group booking in the 30-day period your tickets are non-refundable, if you have canceled outside of this time frame there is still a Administration fee of $200.
